Refund and Returns Policy

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. Refund processing time is 15 days. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
