Shipping Policy

We ship across the globe using FedEx, DHL Express, UPS, India Post, USPS, and Aramex. Koyna does not ship to any PO Boxes or APO addresses.

International Shipping
Shipping is FREE for most categories, with options to upgrade to express shipping services. If there will be any shipping cost that will be calculated on the checkout page.

Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests are accepted strictly within 12 hours of placing the order. Most of our products are customized so once we start processing we will not be able to provide cancellation.

Made on Order Products
These usually take 3-5 business days to dispatch. We only dispatch orders when all the products in the order are ready.

Dispatch and Delivery
Koyna strives to dispatch orders as soon as possible, but slight delays may occur due to unavoidable circumstances. Once your package ships, we will email you the tracking information.

Import Duties and Taxes
As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the destination country. Payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival.

Our delivery partners are authorized to deposit duties on behalf of the customer, who can then directly clear these with the delivery partners upon receiving the package.
